The RELTs are the discrete cultural units of operation within the WELTribe. Each RELTribe emerges as a cluster of socio-culturally aligned geographic regions within which specific national entities and organizations operate. Culturally, linguistically, historically and politically, the RELTribes build upon traditional trade and commerce routes through which the flow of goods, values, people and ideas have travelled for millennia. To begin with, there are only six RELTribes, representing the interests and initiatives that were present at, and emerged from, the ISSS Conference in Viet Nam (http://isss57.com) and the ISEE-U Conference in Taiwan (http://2013iseeu.blogspot.tw/p/homepage.html). The pattern of growth of the WELTribe will be that of a rhizome, so it will naturally branch out to include more projects, local groupings, and regional clusters
